Kirby Deng

Kirby Deng is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry expert with extensive experience in the AI sector. As the Founder of OCInsights since October 2020, Kirby has led a talent intelligence and consulting firm specializing in providing advanced AI talent insights and networking opportunities. Additionally, as the Founder and CEO of OCBridge, established in March 2018, Kirby oversees a rapidly expanding AI-powered recruiting and consulting company with a presence in Silicon Valley, Toronto, and Beijing. Previously, Kirby co-founded 51CAMPABROAD, enhancing educational and career development opportunities for international students from June 2016 to March 2018. Furthermore, Kirby served as the Deputy General Manager at GfK from April 2008 to December 2013, focusing on customized research and consulting in the TMT industry, and held various positions at Sino Market Research from April 2002 to March 2008. Kirby holds a Master of Management Analytics from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
