Chantal Free

Chantal Free has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Chantal currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ocorian since 2023. Prior to that, Chantal held various leadership roles at Capita, including Chief Executive Officer of the Capita Portfolio division and Executive Officer of the People Solutions division.

Before joining Capita, Chantal worked at Willis Towers Watson as the Managing Director and Head of Human Capital & Benefits for Western Europe, where they played a crucial role in integrating multiple organizations and advising global clients.

Chantal also has experience in the consultancy industry, having served as the Managing Director of the Talent & Rewards business line at Towers Watson Limited. Chantal has also held leadership positions at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where they were responsible for the UK HR consulting business and led the Asia Pacific M&A service line.

Additionally, Chantal has served as a Governor and Trustee at Latymer Upper School and as a Council Member for the South East Regional Council at the CBI (Confederation of British Industry).

Chantal Free's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Boğaziçi University for their Bachelor's degree in Business. Chantal completed their studies in 1991. Following their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at Imperial College London from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.
