Elmehdi Kabbaj

Elmehdi KABBAJ currently serves as the Head of HSE at OCP Group's Plateforme industrielle Jorf Lasfar and has held various roles related to health, safety, and environment management within the organization since 2012. Prior experience includes positions as Environment Manager for the Jorf Lasfar complex, HSE Manager for the Jorf Phosphate Hub, and QHSE Engineer at Bunge Maroc Phosphore. Elmehdi's career began with a Principal Project Engineer role at El Baida Group, focusing on construction of an artisanal fishing port. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Environmental Science with a focus on Circular Economy and Waste Management from UM6P, an Engineering Degree in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, and an MSc in Biotechnology from Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Fés. Additionally, Elmehdi has completed several internships to gain experience in occupational health, safety, and laboratory techniques.
