Maria Laura Scagnolari

Maria Laura Scagnolari has extensive work experience in various legal and administrative roles. Maria Laura started their career as a Pasante at Estudio Jurídico Integral Dr. Guerri in 2002, where they performed administrative tasks and assisted in the drafting of legal documents. Maria Laura then worked as an Abogado at Estudio Jurídico Integral Gómez-Gerez from 2005 to 2009, handling legal cases and providing advice to clients.

In 2009, Maria Laura served as an Abogado at SELCA (Servicio de emergencias legales del sindicato de camioneros), where they provided legal assistance to union members in emergency situations. Maria Laura subsequently worked as an Asesora legal at the Ministerio de industria in 2010 and as an Asesor legal superior at the Ministerio de Planificación Federal, Inversión Pública y Servicios from 2011 to 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for managing projects, coordinating with government officials, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

From 2016 to 2018, Maria Laura served as an Asesora legal and Asesora del subsecretario at the Sistema federal de medios y contenidos, where they supervised a team of lawyers and provided legal advice to the Subsecretary. Maria Laura then worked as an Asesora legal and Asesora de la Dirección General de Administración at the Ministerio del Interior from 2018 to 2020, supporting various departments and participating in the reorganization of areas.

In 2021, Maria Laura joined the Ministerio de Obras Públicas as an Asesora legal, focusing on the tramitation of information access requests. Maria Laura also worked as an Asesora legal at the Ministerio de Obras Públicas, specifically in the Dirección Nacional de Transparencia, from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Maria Laura is working as a Compliance Assistant at OCP TECH, where they are involved in the design, implementation, monitoring, and compliance of anti-bribery policies and procedures.
