Rachel Quick

Rachel Quick has an extensive work experience in customer operations, technical support, risk and safety operations, and more. Rachel began their career in 2007 as a Librarian for Think Small®. In 2008, they were the Director of Support and Services for PBworks. In 2009, they became the Senior Support Manager for Syncplicity. From 2010 to 2021, they held various roles at Recurly, including Senior Director of Customer Operations and Senior Director of Technical Support. In 2021, they joined Stripe as Risk Special Handling Manager, Risk & Safety Operations, where their international team works 24/7 to support Stripe's internal teams in solving Risk-related escalations. In 2022, they joined OCR Labs as Senior Vice President, Customer.

Rachel Quick has a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from St. Catherine University, obtained in 2007. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Augsburg University, obtained in 2006, with majors in Art Rachel'story and Studio Art, and minors in Architecture and Rachel'story. In 2020, they obtained a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Rachel also holds a Certification from the University of Minnesota's Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center (MAISRC), obtained in 2018, as well as Applied Accounting from UC Irvine, obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have a Master Naturalist Certification from the University of Minnesota, specializing in the prairie grassland and deciduous forest biomes.
