Ajay Shantaram Nikam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. AJAY SHANTARAM started their career in 1993 as a Sr Engineer at Voltas Limited, where they served until 2013. At Voltas Limited, they held the position of Sr Electrical Engineer. In 2012, they joined HT INDONEXT and worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor until 2018. In the same year, they joined Absotherm Facility Management as a Team Manager. Then, in 2013, they joined OCS, One Complete Solution as a Chief Engineer and Team Leader. Overall, Ajay has extensive experience in engineering, facility management, and counseling roles.

Ajay Shantaram Nikam has a diverse education history. In 1989 to 1993, they attended Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), where they obtained a degree in LEE-Power with a focus on electromechanical engineering. From 2004 to 2007, Nikam studied at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Investment Management Services at The ICFAI University, Tripura.
