Christoph Sailer

Christoph Sailer is currently the Deputy Head of Purification 1 and Team Lead for Pilot Plant Operations at Octapharma, where employment began in July 2020 after holding roles as Deputy Team Lead and Scientist Project Lead in R&D. Previously, Christoph worked as a Technician at Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on solids recovery modeling in centrifugal separation for a master's thesis from April 2019 to June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Organic Chemistry at Universität für Bodenkultur Wien, as an Intern at Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG specializing in QC analysis, and various roles in promotions and internships. Christoph earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, from 2017 to 2020, following earlier education at the same institution and the Higher Technical Institute Wiener Neustadt.
