Sergey Gryaznov

Sergey Gryaznov started their career at Deloitte in 2005 as a Senior Tax Consultant before becoming a Tax M&A Manager. In these roles, they provided tax consulting services for M&A projects, including due diligence, tax structuring, and post-merger integration. Sergey also had key responsibilities such as project management, team coordination, and risk mitigation. In 2013, Gryaznov joined Octapharma as the Head of the Finance Department.

Sergey Gryaznov completed their education in two institutions. From 1998 to 2004, they studied Physics at Moscow State University named by Lomonosov. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a field of study in Finance management at Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
