Howard Cohen

Howard Cohen is an experienced finance professional with a focus on leveraged loans and credit markets. Currently serving as the Head of Leveraged Loan Execution at Octaura since February 2023, Cohen previously held the position of Head of Leveraged Loans at MarketAxess from April 2020 to February 2023, where efforts were made to enhance electronic trading efficiencies in the leveraged loan product space. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director, managing the firm's Relationship Lending Portfolio with a relative value pricing approach, and trading roles at Lehman Brothers. Howard Cohen holds an MBA in finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.
