Kristin Mikie Sword

Kristin Mikie Sword serves as the VP of Marketing at Octave since March 2024. Previously, Kristin held multiple senior roles at Ro, including Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations for Skin, Hair, Fertility, and Retail, Interim GM for Roman Men's Hair Loss, and Head of Marketing and Growth for Ro Derm. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Integrated Marketing at Health-E Commerce, Director of Growth Marketing at Dormify, and Senior Marketing Manager at GREATS. Kristin began a career at Trove Inc., where significant achievements included a 43% increase in overall list growth through email marketing and building a pipeline of over 100 influencers. At Gallup, Kristin led a performance team, managing over 20 developers and designers and spearheading innovative branding and usability processes. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism - Media Studies and Economics from San Diego State University and a degree in Ethics in Journalism from Georgetown University.
