Karthikeyan K S has worked for three companies: Octillion Power Systems, Lambdanets, Inc., and PSG TIFAC Core. At Octillion Power Systems, they have held the positions of Application Engineering Manager, Senior Application Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer since 2017. At Lambdanets, Inc., they were a Product Design Engineer since 2015, where they utilized SolidWorks software and 3D print technology for prototyping and making improvements on the design, reviewed and signed off on design drawings, and developed new equipment ideas. At PSG TIFAC Core, they were a Product Design Engineer Trainee since 2015, where they created scale models of medical instruments and devices, liaised with key customers on new product designs, assisted in part modelling for designers and engineers, and analysed CAD data to determine printability across various 3D printing technologies.

Karthikeyan K S completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tamilnadu College of Engineering,Anna University,Chennai,India between 2010 and 2014. Karthikeyan also obtained a Diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Four Wheeler Mechanism Tamil Nadu Open University between 2011 and 2012. In 2014, Karthikeyan K S earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo. Karthikeyan also obtained three additional certifications: Autodesk Inventor 2017 Essential Training from Lynda.com in September 2016, Professional degree in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre Software Solutions in September 2013, and Autodesk Inventor: Presentations from Lynda.com in September 2016.
