Craig Summers

As Vice President, Craig Summers is responsible for overseeing Octo’s work with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic leadership across software development, IT operations and maintenance, and program management. Craig has also led IT modernization across the public sector and worked with the USPTO as a Federal Civilian. Prior to joining Octo, Craig held senior leadership positions at several companies serving the government community including, most recently, CollabraLink Technologies, where he was Vice President of Technology. He has held positions at the same level at Maximus Federal and Acentia LLC. Craig is a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Project Management Professional. Craig holds a B.S. from Virginia Tech.
