Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook is Chief Financial Officer at Octo where he serves as strategic advisor and business partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and the senior management team on financial and business issues as the company continues to grow both organically and inorganically. As CFO he oversees all Finance, Accounting, and Contracts activity for the firm. He has more than 20 years of financial management and leadership experience that directly aligns with his role at Octo including M&A, internal reorganization, and operational efficiency generation. Prior to joining Octo, Jeff served as Sr. Vice President and Group CFO at Leidos where he was responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for a $2.7 billion operating unit. Jeff is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech.
