Christian Strzadala

Christian Strzadala is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Octopus Deploy since July 2021, Christian successfully led a team of engineers to deliver the 'Config as Code' feature, enhancing product usability. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions at Elastic, including Software Development Manager and Principal Software Engineer, where contributions were made to both SaaS and On-Premise solutions. Earlier career highlights include managerial and lead roles at Movideo, senior software development at the Australian Football League, and foundational roles in software development at IBM Australia and other organizations. Christian holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Federation University Australia.
