Lauren Palombo

Lauren Palombo is an experienced professional in talent operations and acquisition, currently holding the position of Talent Operations Lead at Octopus Energy since August 2019, where prior roles included Senior Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Sourcer, and Energy Specialist. Before joining Octopus Energy, Lauren worked as a Temporary Associate at Adecco from June 2016 to July 2019, and as a Sales Advisor at Pandora and Argos from March 2015 to March 2015, respectively. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Philosophy from Canterbury Christ Church University, attending from September 2016 to June 2019, and completed education at The Grange School from September 2009 to June 2016.
