Rebecca Dupont

Rebecca DuPont is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently, as the Director of Operations at Octopus Energy since July 2018, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in supporting the company's mission to provide affordable green energy globally. Previously, Rebecca served as Senior Vice President of Operations for multiple companies, including E-T Global Energy, OnyxGroup Management, and Pacific LNG, where significant achievements included securing crucial licenses and establishing operational frameworks. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at SmartCom Energy Services, Senior Vice President of Operations at Mega Energy and AmeriPower, and Director of Transaction Management at Gexa Energy. Rebecca began a career in geophysics managing teams and developing forecasts for Veritas DGC. Educationally, Rebecca holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Louisiana State University and was a Math Major at the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts.
