Andy Scott

Andy Scott is a seasoned professional in real estate finance, currently serving as Co-Head of Real Estate Debt and Head of Development Lending at Octopus Real Estate since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andy was the Head of Real Estate Finance for the Midlands and South at Secure Trust Bank PLC, and held the position of Relationship Director in Real Estate Finance at Banco Santander. Andy began the career at Lloyds Banking Group, progressing from Internal Auditor to Associate Director in Corporate Real Estate. The career began as a Business Analyst at Provident Financial Plc after completing a BA Hons in Design Technology and Management Studies at the University of Leeds.
