Steve Bailey is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in telecommunications and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at OCU since November 2024, Steve previously held the same title at Svella Connect from October 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, Steve was a Major Projects Delivery Manager at both nmcn plc and Svella Connect, and held various roles, including Senior Communications Specialist at Phoenix Network Communications for over 14 years.
