Taylor Naughton has a diverse work experience, having held various roles in different companies. Currently, they are the Director of Experience Strategy & Design at ocV!BE Sports and Entertainment, where they lead the in-house Digital Experience Design team. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Strategist at R/GA. Taylor also founded the Chicago Fashion Coalition, where they served as the President, aiming to empower local designers and promote the fashion industry in Chicago. In addition, Taylor has worked at Accenture Song, where they held multiple roles, including Design Strategist, Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Digital Analyst. Taylor has also founded LocalEyesLLC, a startup focused on developing a mobile application for international travelers. Taylor's earlier experience includes an internship at PepsiCo as a Future Sales Leader Intern, as well as positions at the Illinois Sports Business Conference, where they were the Vice President of Operations and the Fundraising Chair.
Taylor Naughton earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and International Business from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their education from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Taylor obtained certifications in Product Management from Skillsoft and Ethnographic Research Design and Innovation from Acclaim Badging in the year 2020.
