Mark Zou

Mark Zou is the current Chief Product Officer at ODAIA. Prior to this, they were the Lead Product Engineer at ODAIA Intelligence from May 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for key product strategy and positioning, product management, product design, product development, front-end engineering, deep integration and productization of data science capabilities, recruitment and mentoring of young engineering and product talents, and software system design.

From November 2018 to May 2019, Mark was the Digital Agile Transformation Lead and Senior Software Engineer at TribalScale. In this role, they led a small engineering team coaching a large financial client in Boston MA in using the latest Agile methodology - Extreme Programming (XP) - to effectively deliver a key web product revamp.

Prior to their time at TribalScale, Mark was an Agile Software Engineer at the company from May 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they worked as a Technical Systems Analyst at RBC Capital Markets from December 2016 to May 2018.

Mark Zou obtained their Master of Engineering in Product Design from McMaster University from January 2011 to December 2013.

Mark Zou has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Product Design from McMaster University.
