Safa Mahmood

Safa Mahmood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career at AMD in 2007 as a PEY Technical Marketing. In 2009, they joined Microsoft as an SDET II and later became a Software Engineer II. In 2017, Safa joined Nulogy as a Software Developer, where they worked collaboratively with their cross-functional team to add new functionalities to the product. They then progressed to the role of Software Developer Lead, where they coached developers and worked on improving engineering processes. From 2020 to 2023, Safa served as a Software Developer Manager at Nulogy, responsible for managing multiple teams and driving the timely delivery of functionalities for customers. They also focused on improving maintainability and scalability of the product, as well as resource management, coaching, and collaboration with the product manager. In 2023, Safa joined ODAIA as an Engineering Manager.

Safa Mahmood pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with a major in Computer Engineering.
