Mark A Phillips has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality fields, primarily at Odawa Casino Resort since August 2007, where roles have included Manager, Lead Sous Chef, Sous Chef with interim Executive Chef responsibilities, Beverage Shift Manager, Copper Cafe Supervisor, and Line Cook/Sous Chef.
