Jo Lane

Jo Lane is an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Equality & Cohesion at Odd Arts since July 2016, where efforts focus on using theatre to address inequalities and provide opportunities in challenging environments. Prior roles include working as a Children's Worker and Women's Support Worker at TLC: Talk, Listen, Change, and as a Domestic Abuse Helpline Worker for Independent Choices. Jo has coordinated numerous initiatives aimed at empowering young women and supporting marginalized groups, including managing the "16 Days of Street Art Action" project and collaborating with young trans individuals to create valuable resources. Educational qualifications include a BA in Interactive Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a NVQ3 in Caring for Children and Young People from The Together Trust Training Centre.
