Lead Of Customer Success at Oddle

Yunung Tseng has worked for five companies since 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative for Holy Stone Enterprise Co., Ltd. During this time, they discovered, interviewed, evaluated, and qualified potential clients. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Quality Assessor Team Leader for Olam International Group. In this role, they assured that the methods and procedures utilized were current, efficient, and strictly followed, as well as that safety standards were maintained. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Manager for JourneyMaker Ltd. During this time, they directed operational leadership to a Cafe' with over 30 teammates and improved operations by providing clarity of vision, prioritizing resources, setting high expectations, inspiring commitment, and encouraging teamwork. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Portfolio Careerist, where they captured the imagination with compelling narratives of initiative, hard work, and innovation. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have worked as the Head of Customer Success for Oddle. In this role, they have managed a F&B e-commerce customer success team, lived and breathed e-commerce and technology, and driven innovation in product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.

Yunung Tseng obtained an Associate's degree from Takming University of Science and Technology in the Department of Business Administration from 2000 to 2005. YUNUNG then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree from Tamkang University in the Department of International Business from 2005 to 2007. In 2018, they obtained the Google數位學程基礎數位行銷資格認證 from IAB Europe.
