Chandani Ranaweera

Chandani Ranaweera is an experienced professional with a strong background in merchandise management and supply chain processes. Currently serving as Divisional Merchandise Manager at ODEL PLC since June 2014, Chandani focuses on analyzing consumer buying patterns and market trends to enhance the buying experience and achieve financial objectives. Previous roles at ODEL PLC include Merchandise Manager and Assistant Manager - Commercial Operation, where responsibilities included developing efficient supply chain processes for imports and overseeing product design and logistics. At Sritrims Far East Ltd from March 2002 to December 2013, Chandani held the position of Senior Manager for Garment Accessories, managing staff planning and ensuring customer requirements were met. Chandani holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Birmingham City University and a Certificate in Merchandising from Brandix College of Clothing Technology, Sri Lanka.
