Lena Jonsson

Lena Jonsson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lena began their career at Nordea, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Architect, primarily involved in projects related to regulatory compliance, such as implementing applications for OECD - Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and FATCA. Lena also served as a Scrum Master and team lead in these projects.

Later, Lena worked as an Enterprise Architect at FASAB, leading a project to procure a new IT system. Lena facilitated modeling exercises and interviews with stakeholders to create requirement specifications and procurement documentation.

Lena also gained experience as a consultant at Capgemini and sQy AB, where they provided consulting services to clients. At sQy AB, they worked on various projects as a consultant.

Lena then joined Nordea again, where they worked on regulatory projects as a Business Analyst, responsible for requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation of functional and non-functional user stories.

Lena also worked as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at AFA Försäkring, where they participated in a project to introduce a new portal for financial reports and improve system maintenance.

Lena later joined OKQ8 as a Business Analyst for a short period before moving on to LeoVegas Group, where they worked as a Development Team Lead and later as a Project Manager.

Currently, Lena holds the position of Development Team Manager at Odevo.

Lena Jonsson obtained their Master's Degree in Industrial Economy and Management from Linköping University, from the year 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2002 to 2003, however, no specific degree was mentioned. Lena Jonsson also holds additional certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2018, and Certified Architect - Level 1 from Capgemini, obtained in June 2014.
