Paolo Sanguanini (He/Him)

Paolo Sanguanini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, business consulting, and management. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Consultant at OdeXa S.p.A. since September 2018, Paolo's prior roles include Freelance Industrial Engineer focusing on business coaching and management consulting from April 2017 to January 2022, and Country Representative at IECD for 18 years. Additional experience includes positions as Internal Auditor at Ecam Placages S.A., an employee in cultural service at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a consultant in IT and management. Paolo holds an Engineer’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from the University of Nicosia, and a Professional Consulting diploma from the Chartered Management Institute. Upcoming completion of a certificate in Operations Management and Supervision from the Toyota Lean Management Centre is also anticipated in May 2024.
