Cathrine Heggen

Cathrine Heggen currently serves as the QHSE Manager at Odfjell Oceanwind, having joined the company in November 2021. Prior to this, Cathrine held multiple roles at Ross Offshore, including Quality Manager, HSE & Compliance Manager, and HSEQ Advisor, from December 2018 to November 2021. Cathrine's extensive experience also includes positions such as Senior Quality & HSE Advisor at Wergeland Bedriftsutvikling AS and various roles at Ross Offshore, encompassing responsibilities in HSEQ leadership and well operations. Earlier in career, Cathrine worked at Aker Solutions as Manager HSE for the Bergen region and held HSEQ roles at FMC Kongsberg Subsea and Solid Vedlikehold. Cathrine's educational background comprises a Master's degree in Change Management from BI Norwegian Business School, leadership training from GARUDA, and a Bachelor's degree in HSE engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
