Collin Macleod is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Canadian Healthcare Practice at Odgers Berndtson since March 2021, Collin specializes in recruiting and developing senior executives across various sectors. Previous roles include Partner in Executive Search at LHH Knightsbridge and Director of Healthcare and Education at Stoakley-Dudley Consultants. Collin also held volunteer leadership positions within the University of Western Ontario Alumni Association, contributing as President and Executive Vice President of the Toronto Branch. Collin's career began in recruitment with Hays Specialist Recruitment, focusing on logistics and supply chain management, and includes earlier experience at SPORTALITY. Educationally, Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from both Huron University and Western University.
