Charlotte Yates

Charlotte Yates is the founder and CEO of Yates. Prior to this, they worked as an associate at Joyce and Associates, P.C. from March 2018 to February 2021. Charlotte was responsible for managing a case load of 300+ clients and increasing business development, including signing up over $140,000+ in new client contracts. Charlotte successfully represented clients at hearings and trials before the District, Probate and Family, and Immigration courts on a weekly basis. Charlotte prepared documentation for court including motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests and appeals. Charlotte prepared clients and witnesses for hearings in various courts. Charlotte led mediations, negotiated settlement agreements, researched and prepared case analysis briefs. Charlotte was promoted to Supervising Attorney for the year round law clerk program. Prior to Joyce and Associates, P.C., they worked as a legal intern at OMNIA STRATEGY LLP from January 2017 to May 2017. Charlotte also worked as a law clerk at the Law Office of Alan J. Pransky from January 2016 to August 2016. Additionally, they interned at the New England Innocence Project from August 2015 to December 2015 and at the Middlesex District Attorney from June 2015 to August 2015.

Charlotte Yates has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from the University of St Andrews, and a High School Diploma from Phillips Academy.
