Melissa Horn

Melissa Horn has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to government, education, healthcare, and research. Melissa currently serves as the Head of the Government, Education, and Healthcare Practice for the Middle East at Odgers Berndtson, where they lead executive searches and recruitment for senior leadership positions in universities, schools, and healthcare institutions in the Middle East. Prior to this, they were the Head of the Healthcare Practice in the Middle East at Odgers Berndtson. Melissa has also worked as a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson, specializing in executive and non-executive director appointments in the health and higher education sectors. Melissa began their career as a Researcher for a Member of the European Parliament.

Melissa Horn attended the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BA degree in French and German. Prior to that, they attended Godolphin School from 1993 to 1998. No degree or field of study was specified for their time at Godolphin School.
