Margarita Kovats

Margarita Kovats has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Margarita started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Amdahl, where they provided support for the manufacturing of mainframe computers. Margarita then moved on to VeloBind, where they held multiple roles including General Manager, Materials Manager, and Manager of Distribution Systems. After that, they served as the Director of Operations at Aesculap and later at Kensington. Kovats then joined ODI as the VP, overseeing product design, development, and manufacturing services. Currently, they are the President of Spracht, a company focused on audio products. Throughout their career, Kovats has showcased expertise in various areas such as imaging, embedded electronic products, biometrics, custom algorithms, and LCD display products.

Margarita Kovats pursued their education in the field of engineering. From 1972 to 1974, they attended the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and focused on Chemical Engineering. Margarita then continued their studies at the University at Buffalo from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
