Miles Thorson

Miles Thorson is the Founder and CEO of Odie Pet Insurance since January 2020. Miles recognized the need for better pet insurance options and created Odie to address this demand. Prior to starting Odie, Miles was the President of Thorson Insurance Services since October 2015. Thorson Insurance offers diverse insurance products and aims to provide exceptional service. Before that, Miles worked as a Vice President at Wheels Up from October 2013 to October 2015. Miles also gained experience in the insurance industry through roles such as Marketing at Thorson Insurance Services from August 2012 to October 2013, Sales at Fairway Physicians Insurance Company from January 2012 to October 2013, and as a Re-Insurance Broker Intern at BMS Group from August 2012 to November 2012. At BMS Group, Miles focused on placing re-insurance business into Lloyd's of London, particularly in the medical malpractice and catastrophe coverage areas.

Miles Thorson pursued their education from 2009 to 2012 at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. During this time, they focused on the field of Sports Management and obtained a degree in History.
