Imen CHATIR has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Odity since June 2016. At Odity, an innovative company that specializes in client acquisition and relationship software, Imen plays a key role in overseeing customer relations and managing projects. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager at ACTEL SA from September 2009 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing client portfolios in the automotive sector, implementing lead requalification campaigns, team training, and KPI analysis. Imen is currently pursuing education at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
