Farbod Esnaashari has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and sports industry. Farbod started their career as a Corporate Partnerships intern at the Los Angeles Clippers in 2012, where they later took on the role of an Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales during the offseason. In their second year, they also managed a group of 9 interns and ensured smooth execution of promotions during game days.
Following their time with the Clippers, Farbod worked as an Advertisement Specialist at Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment (VWSE), where they collaborated with the Los Angeles Clippers' sponsorship department to select LED screen sponsors for game days. Farbod was also responsible for controlling LED advertisements during LA Clippers, USC, and LA Angels games, as well as assisting with the assembly and disassembly of LED screens for Clippers games.
Farbod then joined Paramount Pictures as a Studio Page, serving as a temporary Executive Assistant to the VP of Animation and working with audience coordinators for live tapings such as Dr. Phil. Farbod later became a Freelance Writer at ESPN, where they conducted interviews with WWE Superstars, contributed to the ESPN Esports page, and conducted red carpet interviews at the ESPN Humanitarian Awards and WWE Emmy FYE event.
Subsequently, Farbod took on roles as a Writer at Forbes, where they used their writing skills to cover a range of topics, and as a CEO and Agent at Bridge PR, where they took on a leadership position. Farbod also worked as a Writer at Movie Pilot Inc., contributing articles for their combat sports page.
Currently, Farbod is a Reporter and Site Moderator at Sports Illustrated, where they continue to utilize their writing and journalism skills. Additionally, they joined Bleacher Report as a National NBA Writer in 2021, further expanding their expertise in sports reporting. With a wide range of experiences in various roles and industries, Farbod Esnaashari has developed a strong foundation in media, sports, and writing.
Farbod Esnaashari attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
