Jennifer Sotelo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career at Centro Universitario Doctor Emilio Cárdenas as a French and English teacher from 2014 to 2018. Jennifer then joined UTP America, where they worked in sales and e-commerce management, handling key accounts and implementing commercial strategies until 2021. Jennifer later joined Odoo as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion campaigns. Jennifer also led a team and developed strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance. In 2023, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success Indirect at Odoo, where they developed customer retention and loyalty programs while managing and developing the team.
Jennifer Sotelo has a diverse education history. Jennifer graduated from UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Design. In 2015, they also completed a Diploma in French language at Université de Montréal. In 2020, Jennifer obtained a Master's degree in Operations Manager & Quality Control from UNIR México, and also completed a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution. Jennifer is currently enrolled in the Upskilling Leadership Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they will complete in 2023. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained certifications such as Bronze Phish Level - Basics of Cyber Resilience from Phished in 2023, Upskilling Leadership from Tecnológico de Monterrey, CAE from University of Cambridge in 2012, and DELF B1 from Alliance Française Paris Ile-de-France - Page officielle in 2012.
