Axel Radermacher

Axel Radermacher is the founder of Odys Aviation and was previously the Chief Vehicle Engineer, EV Platforms at Karma Automotive. Axel has also worked as a Hybrid System Engineer at Fisker Automotive.

Radermacher has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Axel has expertise in developing electric vehicle platforms, transmissions, electric motors, and powertrains. Axel is also skilled in DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, and regulatory compliance for fuel economy and greenhouse gas reporting. Radermacher has invented numerous system and component optimizations and has participated in vehicle standards development through SAE Hybrid Committee.

Axel Radermacher is a graduate of West Virginia University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Axel also has an Executive MBA from UC Irvine. Axel is a certified Professional Engineer by the Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
