Caroline Pullen

Caroline Pullen is a highly experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist currently serving as the Regional Director of Clinical Partnership at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare since April 2023 and as the Owner of Caroline Pullen Nutrition, LLC since May 2022. Caroline specializes in providing compassionate nutritional counseling for patients with PCOS, insulin resistance, diabetes, and fertility/prenatal nutrition. Previously, Caroline held the position of Senior Manager of Nutrition and Innovation at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, where the focus was on advancing hunger solutions across 46 counties. Additionally, Caroline worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Dietitian in the Medical Weight Center and completed a Dietetic Internship there. Caroline holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama.
