Richard Henkel

Richard Henkel began their career in 2008 working as a Maintenance Worker for the Grand River Conservation Authority. In 2012, they worked as an Admissions Officer for the Leysin American School in Switzerland, as well as a Data Analyst and Project Manager for BlackBerry. In 2015, they joined Riot Games as the Lead for Teamfight Tactics, and also served as a Product Lead and Producer for the Summoner's Rift Team. In 2020, they founded Odyssey Interactive, where they focus on crafting the vision for the company and building the best team, culture, and studio.

Richard Henkel holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo.
