Charles Lesburg

Vice President, Structural Biology at Odyssey Therapeutics

Charles Lesburg has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Charles is currently working as the Vice President of Structural Biology at Odyssey Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Merck for over 12 years in various roles, including Senior Principal Scientist, Principal Scientist, and Principal Scientist. Before joining Merck, they were a Senior Principal Scientist at the Schering-Plough Research Institute for a short period of time in 2008. In addition, Charles Lesburg served as the Chairman of the Industrial Macromolecular Crystallographic Association from 2007 to 2008. Charles started their career at Schering-Plough in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Scientist until 2004. Overall, Charles Lesburg brings extensive experience and expertise in structural biology and pharmaceutical research.

Charles Lesburg received their A.B. degree in Chemistry from Harvard University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Charles then pursued a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997.
