Maggie Roche

Maggie Roche is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People Excellence Business Partner at OEC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Maggie held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) from March 2022 to May 2023. Maggie's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at SLEEGERS Engineered Products Inc. and serving in multiple HR capacities at Imperial Oil, including Employee Service Advisor and HR Advisor from August 2016 to March 2021. Maggie Roche holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Honours Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo, where Maggie was recognized on the Dean's Honour List.
