Géraldine Ang has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Géraldine started their career in 2004 as a Marketing and Editorial Assistant at Public Senat. From 2005 to 2006, they volunteered at A Gauche en Europe (AGEE). Géraldine then worked as an Associate Manager at Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they held several positions including a Consultant at the United States Mission to the United Nations, a Senior Editor at The Journal of International Affairs, and a Junior Researcher at The Earth Institute, Columbia University.
From 2011 onwards, Géraldine has been working at OECD-OCDE, initially as a Consultant and later progressing to various roles such as a Junior Policy Analyst, a Policy Analyst/Economist in climate finance and green investment, a Senior Policy Analyst in green finance and investment, and currently as a Team Lead in Clean Energy Finance & Investment Mobilisation, as well as a Team Lead in Financial System & Biodiversity.
Overall, Géraldine has gained expertise in areas such as climate change mitigation, policy analysis, green finance and investment, and clean energy finance during their career.
Géraldine Ang received a Certificate in Business from the University of Otago in 2005. Géraldine then pursued their education at HEC Paris from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Programme grande école degree. Finally, they attended Columbia University's SIPA from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Public Administration degree in Public Administration.
