Robert Gustine

Robert Gustine has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as General Manager and previously holding positions such as Director Site Operations and Director Manufacturing at OECO since June 2010. Robert specializes in value stream management for high-reliability magnetics and current sensors, contributing to the company's operations under Meggitt PLC ownership. Earlier career experiences include roles at Material Sciences Corporation as Production Supervisor and Quality Engineer from 2007 to 2010, and as a 6S Black Belt / Process Engineer at Sherwin Williams from 2000 to 2007. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
