Rosalin Tjia

Rosalin Tjia is a seasoned manufacturing professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing and Value Stream Manager at OECO since January 2012. In this role, Rosalin has successfully managed and developed the Magnetics & Sensors value stream, achieving over 95% on-time delivery through effective coaching and resolution of operational issues. Prior experience includes positions at Abbott, where Tjia led continuous improvement initiatives and managed production operations, and earlier roles in engineering and financial advisory at Prudential Financial and Schlumberger. Rosalin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
