Sam Simons

Sam Simons is the current President of the Data Delivery Division at OEM Controls, Inc. Sam has been with OEM Controls for 22 years and 2 months, starting as Co President and eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. During their time with OEM, Sam has implemented a corporate strategic management system, an ISO 9001 certified quality system, and a continuous improvement system based on "Lean" concepts.

Before their time with OEM Controls, Sam was the President and Director of Business Development at OEM Data Delivery for 20 years and 7 months. At OEM Data Delivery, Sam was responsible for managing product development, marketing, and sales functions. Sam also worked with customers to develop customized device and software solutions. Sam oversaw the development of over 75 products, including hardware data logging devices and peripherals, and software conduits, MS Access, SQL, and Business Objects.

Sam also spent 9 years and 4 months as the Total Quality Manager and IT Manager at OEM Controls. In this role, they were responsible for managing daily quality issues with customers, suppliers, and internal processes. Sam also oversaw the corporate computer system and implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the company.

Sam Simons has a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut, which they obtained in 1995. Sam also has a degree from Gettysburg College, where they majored in management with a minor in German. In addition, they are a Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality.

The team of Sam Simons, President, Data Delivery Division, is responsible for the financial, manufacturing, engineering, human resources, sales, and marketing functions of the company. Additionally, they are responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the company.
