Dan Sebastian

Dan Sebastian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Dominus Capital and as a Board Member at Cincinnati Fan & Ventilator Co., Inc., Dan also holds a position as Sr. Advisor at OEM Laundry Parts and Technical Advisor with the Spring Manufacturers Institute. Previously, Dan was President & CEO of MW Industries, Inc. for two decades and contributed to several organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors at Scovill Fasteners and leading the audit committee at GSC Acquisition Company, Inc. An accomplished leader, Dan was also President of the Spring Manufacturing Institute and has a strong educational foundation with a B.S. in Metallurgy and Material Science from Lehigh University.
