Valentine Iheasirim

Valentine Iheasirim is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as MD/CEO of OES Energy Services Limited since January 2016, where leadership is provided for the largest Indigenous Swamp Drilling Contractor. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer focused on growth and safety, and General Manager of Operations at Oando Plc overseeing drilling activity operations. At Shell, Valentine held positions as UIG Regional HSE Manager and Senior Well Engineer, focusing on well design and execution alongside HSE implementation. An Assistant Manager at Transocean, Valentine managed deepwater rig projects, and at SLB, Valentine served in various engineering roles. Academic credentials include an Advanced Leadership Programme from the University of Cambridge, a Well Design & Engineering degree from Shell Open University, and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri.
