Guillermo Aníbal Portillo Arnáiz

Guillermo Aníbal Portillo Arnáiz currently serves as an IoT Service Manager at Grupo Oesía since July 2023. Previously, Guillermo worked as a Core Network Engineer at JSC Ingenium from May 2021 to July 2023, focusing on the deployment and configuration of core and IMS network nodes with expertise in various telecommunications protocols. Prior to that, Guillermo was a Radio Access Network Engineer at OFG, contributing to the KPN Mobile project in the Netherlands while collaborating with the OMC department at Huawei. Guillermo holds a Técnico Instalador Baja Tensión y Energía Fotovoltaica degree from MasterD (2017-2018) and a Técnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones e Informáticos degree from C.I.F.P Simón de Colonia (2014-2016).
