Adam Fidler

Adam Fidler has extensive experience in operational excellence and environmental sustainability, currently serving as the Global OPS / Lean Head and Environmental Sustainability Head at Oetiker Group since August 2011. In this role, Adam is responsible for building an advanced Kaizen/TPM/Lean methods organization and planning and leading Kaizen events. Previously, Adam held multiple positions at Honda of Canada Mfg. from March 1999 to October 2009, including Quality Group Leader and roles in Strategic Planning and Production Control. Adam holds a degree in Health and Fitness Promotion from Fanshawe College and has educational credentials from Western University.
