Leo Windtner

Dr. Leo Windtner is the President of the Austrian Football Association. Dr. Windtner was the president of the Upper Austrian Football Federation from 1996 to 2009, as well as ÖFB vice-president since 1999. A general director of the electricity company Energie AG Upper Austria, he is also the vice-president of the Association of Austrian Electricity Companies.
